A. We consistently provide quality services, based upon documented processes. We
define quality from the clients' perspective. Because our processes are documented they
are reproducible, which ensures consistent service results. We are large enough to have
the necessary breadth of expertise, and we are small enough to focus on each of our

Does Hurley Consulting Associates have clinical research facilities?
A. Our experienced scientists and clinicians design protocols, and prepare reports for
regulatory submission, although we do not own clinical research facilities.
Q. How many employees do you have?
A. Hurley Consulting Associates employs more than fifty people including
pharmacologists, pharmacokineticists, toxicologists, physicians, regulatory personnel,
statisticians, computer programmers, research associates, analytical chemists, medical
writers, editors, data analysts, marketing specialists, and business development
specialists.
Q. What are your capabilities in the
pre-clinical area?
A. We prepare manuscripts, INDs, the preclinical sections of investigator brochures,
as well as the preclinical pharmacology and toxicology sections of NDAs. In addition, we
prepare literature reviews, competitive assessments, and publication strategies that
involve pre-clinical as well as clinical data.
